send you a Bonus Critique Form requesting the

it to us with an email attachment or CD of your
presentation. There is a minimum five-day turnaround
on critiques. As always, all information sent
is kept in confidence. You'll receive your feedback
via email . . . and you never know . . . I just
might pick up the phone and call you to talk
