With over 16 years of diverse corporate experience, Ellie Johnson combines a rare combination of business acumen and interpersonal skills to take executive performance to the next level.

Since 1990, in industries ranging from automotive finance and shipping to retail service, Ellie has consistently excelled in managing and coaching both individuals and teams. At a major automotive finance company, Ellie motivated and led her team of over 40 people to consistently achieve the highest measured standards of success yet attained.

Ellie also applies her skills in the non-profit sector. As past president of a public art gallery, her leadership contributed to revenue increases of over 30% in just three years. After the recent Tsunami in Indonesia, she was called upon to streamline the recruitment of disaster relief specialists for a major humanitarian aid organization, where her work continues.

She earned her undergraduate degree in Communications from Simon Fraser University and her M.B.A. magna cum laude, from Marylhurst University.

Ellie lives and works in Portland, Oregon, where she is an avid equestrian and gardener, and enjoys travel and the arts.
