Doug Coffey's thirty-year career has been in private industry as a Senior Human Resource Executive with Fortune 500 and 100 organizations. For two years he was the Chief Financial Officer of a large retail department store where he led a major merger and consolidation. Following this position, he was a Senior Human Resource Officer with Revco, the nation's second largest retail drug store chain. Doug was instrumental in numerous acquisitions resulting in annual sales growth from $1.7 billion to $5.5 billion over a five year period. Doug's diverse background gave him the opportunity to serve as the Chief Operating Officer for a large multi-location law firm that specialized in the practice of labor law on behalf of management.

As a Senior Human Resource Officer, Doug has had extensive experience leading large Human Resource organizations while devoting most of his time to the development and implementation of programs designed to secure and retain a top executive workforce. Doug was the management representative for Revco D. S. Inc. with the Human Resource Committee of the Board of Directors. In this capacity he developed compensation and incentive programs, and benefits for 7,000 executives located in 14 states.

Doug is a native of Minnesota and received his undergraduate degree at the University of Minnesota. Throughout his career, Doug has led and participated in programs offered by the American Management Association, American Retail Federation and National Association of Chain Drug Stores. Doug and his wife now live in Florida and can frequently befound on their sailboat "Coffey Break" surveying the Caribbean.
