Dori Coffey's background encompasses extensive experience
in both the corporate and academic arenas. Dori spent
twenty years in human resources in several industries
including banking, health care, manufacturing, retail
and the service industry. Her expertise concentrated
in recruitment, employee relations, training and
compensation. During her tenure in private industry,
she was involved in numerous programs that taught
presentation and management skills.
Through the spring of 2000, Dori had been the Director
of the MBA Career Management Center and an adjunct
professor at The Weatherhead School of Management,
Case Western Reserve University, located in Cleveland,
Ohio. She regularly designed and delivered skill
development programs through the Weatherhead program
on the Cleveland campus and at a sister campus in
Budapest, Hungary. Dori was a frequent guest on Careers,
a weekly Cleveland radio talk show. She is currently
the President of Key-Ros Corp., a distributor and
manufacturer in Florida for medical devices.
Dori grew up in Boston, and received an undergraduate
degree in psychology from the University of Connecticut.
She has lived and worked in Boston, Miami and Cleveland.
After residing in Ohio for the past several years,
she recently returned to Florida where she and her
husband divide their time between living ashore and
extended sailing.
